GPSC LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

> For physician and non-physician leaders involved in BC’s Primary Care Initiative.

This program is designed to support the GPSC in building leadership and management capacity among Divisions of Family Practice Leads and other stakeholders of the Primary Care Initiative.

The program provides a key place for stakeholders from around the province to build relationships, learn together, support each other, solve problems, and ultimately through face-to-face action learning activities, set the foundation for new and innovative ideas to enhance primary care. In time, this program will lead to a multi-stakeholder, inter-professional milieu of leadership learning, at the heart of the GPSC Primary Care Initiative.

All content is integrated and aligned with the constellation of support activities, professional development, and education/training opportunities currently available to stakeholders.

The GPSC LMDP is delivered in five two-day modules:
